I'll talk about my Tony all day long.
I've spent every game I've ever played making sure I'm out-working the other guy.
On every level I have played I've heard, `Am I going to perform or not because of my size?' I think I have proved to people I can perform regardless of how big I am.
The biggest thing I have learned is you can't take anything for granted. You have to work as hard as you can every night, regardless.
I feel more comfortable confidence-wise. You get to the NHL, and you're nervous about trying things. With experience, you're not as afraid of being creative.
Why would I want four or five more inches? I use my speed.
Sometimes offensive players get turned into defensive players, which sometimes isn't a bad thing, but for me I need a chance to play more offense.
I think relationships are more valuable than anything - in not just music, but any kind of business - if you can be a good, honest person who keeps your word and works hard, and by practising and getting good, you develop your skills, then you have a lot of opportunity to succeed, because you'll have all these people out there to support you. If you have those relationships, then doors open for you, and that's really valuable.
I'm still rough around the edges. I grew up with not a lot of money, and just played sports my whole life. So you develop the sports-mouth with all of your friends.
[The original Sister Act] is running all over the world now, on-stage as a musical. It lives!
Faith is a choice like any other. If you're picking a career or a husband - or deciding whether to have a baby - there are feelings and reasons pro and con out the wazoo. But thinking it through is - at the final hour - horse dookey. You can only try out.
