The number of events that had to happen in order for you to exist, in order for me to exist. . . we are privileged to be alive and nd we should make the most of our time on this world.
However, there's three reasons for doing things in this particular world. One is love, one is prestige and the other's money. If you get all three together, that's fine.
Culture change takes time, and NASA's culture is definitely improving. Based on its success, the change method is now being taken to each center agency-wide.
