Existence continues at death for the believer in a fuller, more fulfilling way. Death should hold no fear for the believer.
Believe in the whisperings of God to your own heart.
Whatever troubles may be before you, accept them bravely, remembering Whom you are trying to follow. Do not be afraid. Love one another, bear with one another, and let charity guide you all your life. God will reward you as only He can.
Find happiness in making others happy.
We must teach more by example than by word.
Let us all resign ourselves into His hands, and pray that in all things He may guide us to do His Holy Will. . . When thoughts of this or that come I turn to Him and say: "Only what you will, my God. Use me as You will".
Be eager in your desires but humbly patient in their accomplishment.

It is unavoidable that if we learn more about a great man's life, we shall also hear of occasions on which he has done no better than we, and has in fact come nearer to us as a human being.
Because one does not want to be disturbed, to be made uncertain, he establishes a pattern of conduct, of thought, a pattern of relationship to man etc. Then he becomes a slave to the patter and takes the pattern to be the real thing.
