Yeah, I regret we weren't on a higher floor.
With my schedule, I don't have much time to get to yoga classes, but I do keep a mat in my trailer and practice for a few minutes most days. It keeps me centered.
I come alive the most when I am talking with people about following their dreams. Inspirational speaking is something I am very passionate about and will be doing more of.
The first time I took a Kundalini yoga class, I cried my eyes out afterwards. I was so moved by the meditation and singing "Long Time Sun" at the end of class. I felt like I was home.

The Internet is just one of those things that contemporary humans can spend millions of "practice" events at, that the average human a thousand years ago had absolutely no exposure to. Our brains are massively remodeled by this exposure--but so, too, by reading, by television, by video games, by modern electronics, by contemporary music, by contemporary "tools," etc.
Certainly, the church is not primarily a moral institution, but the bearer of a hope.
The good teams are good at what they do.
