A big part of pain is the subjective reaction of trying to revolt against pain. If it's there, it's better to deal with it. Most of it is "I cannot stand it," and that component is enhancing pain so much.

I love driving cars, looking at them, cleaning and washing and shining them. I clean 'em inside and outside. I'm very touchy about cars. I don't want anybody leaning on them or closing the door too hard, know what I mean?
Anything that you might want to be is around somewhere. You can become it. You just have to get into the state of mind that allows that to occur.
The biggest challenge, I think, is always maintaining your moral compass.
