Seriously, I grew up a fan of Hulk Hogan, and I think I bring some of his best values to the ring. . . the values of a superhero. Always do your best. Never give up. . . I think kids want to believe in that, and they should believe in that.
I've always loved comic books, which is why I've done films like Hulk and The Punishers.
I've done the voice for the Hulk for the animated cartoon.
Films used to be about challenging, emotional journeys or moral questions that might make you walk away and re-evaluate how you felt about. . . whatever. Now we're walking out of the cinema really not thinking about anything, other than the fact that the Hulk had a fight with a robot.
I'm going to take the legend of Hulk Hogan and kill it!
The Hulk, that was the experience of my life, so far.
I always admired Wonder Woman and the Incredible Hulk - but I don't know if I'd be a very convincing hulk.
I lose tons of stuff on the cutting room floor. For Scary Movie 3, for example, we had a lot of Matrix spoofs, a Hulk scene, and some of that stuff just doesn't hold up - it's too much plot, audiences just didn't want to hear about it.
The Hulk, a being of pure tortured id, bipolar mania unbound, sprung from the subconscious of a repressed, scientist with a dark childhood.
The truth is, I've been the Hulk my whole life.
Atlas isn't carrying the world on his shoulders, no giant muscular hulk with a sense of responsibility; the world is balanced on a pyramid of clowns, and they are always tooting horns and wobbling and goosing each other.
I feel that everyone has a Hulk inside, and each of our Hulks is both scary and, potentially, pleasurable. That's the scariest thing about them.
Some of the Hulk movies have been merely okay. I think the thing to do. . . there has to be some stab that makes it something we haven't seen before.
The Hulk is like a haiku; you've got to find just the right words. I think, and I hope, we did that with The Avengers.
Develop your pawns or Hulk will smash.
I have nothing bad to say about Hulk Hogan. In fact, compared to what I have seen in the press and all the high jinks of his life, I didn't see any of that coming, man. He was just a businessman who worked out.
