I have a bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste and all the things I might need during the day. I call the bag my trailer. Sometimes you don't have a trailer, so that's my trailer.

If you're sick, first you have to associate your sickness with a food. Then you have to report it to your doctor. Then the doctor reports it to some state authority. The state authority reports it to the federal authority. By the time all that happens, two weeks have gone by.
The number one thing in my opinion parents can do is be the way you would like your child to be. Don't tell them one thing and do something different. Be congruent with what you would like them to be by showing them how to be that way.
