Your head is a living forest full of songbirds.
The mystical journey drives us into ourselves, to a sacred flame at our center.
We can always choose to perceive things differently. You can focus on what's wrong in your life, or you can focus on what's right.
Darkness is merely the absence of light, and fear is merely the absence of love. If we want to be rid of fear, we cannot fight it but must replace it with love.
The universe is wired with the electricity of God, & each of us is a lamp. It doesn't matter the size or shape of the lamp; it only matters that the lamp is plugged in. But the right is more precious than peace, and we shall fight for the things which we have always carried nearest our hearts--for democracy, for the right of those who submit to authority to have a voice in their own Governments, for the rights and liberties of small nations, for a universal dominion of right by such a concert of free peoples as shall bring peace and safety to all nations and make the world itself at last free.
I do not care about happiness simply because I believe that joy is something worth fighting for.
