Let us truly be a temple-attending and a temple-loving people…. Let us make the temple, with temple worship and temple covenants and temple marriage, our ultimate earthly goal and the supreme mortal experience.

Systematic theology will ask questions like "What are the attributes of God? What is sin? What does the cross achieve?" Our attachments are our temple, what we worship, no? What we give ourselves to, what we invest with faith. . . . Attachments are of great seriousness. Choose your attachments carefully. Choose your temple of fanaticism with great care.
