Having been in a relationship since I was 18, I'm very domestic, but I don't enjoy cooking for myself. I don't mind cooking for other people. But I don't like cleaning or washing dishes, although I don't mind doing laundry.
The secret to finding your passion is to bring it to everything you do. --Marie Forleo (Yes, even doing the laundry!)
If the motive of writing is for some people a kind of exercise in dirty laundry, that's one thing. I've always thought of my poems as meant to be overheard, as I think all of these poems are. It seems to me if you get experience right, even your most painful or humiliating experiences - if you get those experiences right for yourself and make discoveries as you go along and find for them some formal glue - they will be poems for others.
I find folding laundry very relaxing.
After enlightenment, the laundry.
Have you noticed that if you leave the laundry in the hamper long enough, it's ready to wear again?
I do my laundry on a weekly basis.
