We Brazilians, happily or unhappily, leave a lot to the last minute.
It's all about the climate. I had a long discussion about it when I went to Scotland to see Andy Roxburgh. I worked with a Scottish youth side and had them do the same drills I would do in Italy. I realised that, between the wind, the rain and the cold, there was no way they could do it. How can you possibly teach anybody anything in those conditions? To me, it's pretty obvious and it explains why Brazilians are more technical than Europeans and, in Italy, the further south you go the more technical they are.
Mixed martial arts was invented by Brazilians, whose families had been trained by the Japanese. Those Brazilians came to the U. S. , where their invention was bought out, gussied up and presented to the world, which found it good.
We cannot rest while Brazilians are going hungry, while families are living in the streets, while poor children are abandoned to their own fates and while crack and crack dens rule.
Brazilians need to work on their own national pride. I always think that they suffer from national low-self esteem. It's a lesser-developed country, and they have struggled so much. Sometimes they have an attitude that, if it's Brazilian, it can't be good.
He is the greatest player in the world right now, without a doubt, he is the player who gives Brazilians the most joy. (on Ronaldinho)
The Brazilians were South American, and the Ukranians will be more European.
I was looking at the history of the sport and I couldn't understand why there have been so many good South American drivers, especially Brazilians.
