Frank Coraci (born February 3, 1966) is an American film director and screenwriter best known for his work with actor Adam Sandler.
I do have a strong desire to make films that will take the audience to some uncharted places both tonally and emotionally.
We live in a country where everyone has a right to voice their opinion, and I appreciate that right. I do, however, wish that people had taken more time to evaluate the facts before voicing their opinions.
I gravitate to stories that I feel I can tell well, and that will have a positive affect on the viewer. That doesn't mean it always has to have a happy ending, but I always like to try to tell a story that will make people think in a new way or come to their own constructive resolution on a particular topic. Or simply, just to experience something collectively and say: "Yeah, I know how that feels".
The thing that's nice about working with Adam (Sandler) is that there's sort of a family vibe, cause people who have worked on his movies have worked on many of his movies, so along with the kids and the cast, all the people that worked on the movie, it was like a family and every day we'd make each other laugh.
