Victoria Nuland Biography

Victoria Jane Nuland (born 1961) is the former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State. She held the rank of Career Ambassador, the highest diplomatic rank in the United States Foreign Service. As of January 9, 2018, she has been CEO of the Center for a New American Security.
