Luís André de Pina Cabral e Villas-Boas (Portuguese pronunciation: [luˈiʃ ɐ̃ˈdɾɛ ðɨ ˈpinɐ kɐˈβɾaɫ i ˈviɫɐʒ ˈboɐʃ]; born 17 October 1977), known as André Villas-Boas, is a Portuguese football manager, who recently led Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG. He is one of a growing number of top-level managers who have never played football professionally.
